If you ever need to invoice a delegate for attendance on a training course or a conference, the system will allow you to issue the invoice from within the Event Manager, and then pull all the details through to the Sales Ledger for production of Statements and collection of payment. If you need to send out a mailshot to everyone who has attended a certain seminar in the past asking them if they’d like to attend a related event in future, Enterprise 6 has an automatic link to the Word Processor volume, allowing you to generate mail letters quickly and efficiently, without the fuss of exports and reimports. Once the letter is set up, you can remail it to another group of companies in seconds. And if you also have the Enterprise 6 Diary Manager, the Enterprise Word Processor will automatically make a note of every letter sent in the Diary, ensuring that you have a permanent record of who has received what, allowing you to mail a follow-up letter to the same group, and providing complete control over a series of mailshots.
