	Daybook Enterprise is an excellent solution for recruitment companies who need a system to support them in the time-consuming and expensive processes of advertising, monitoring responses, recording critical candidate and customer data, monitoring jobs, progressing work on vacancies and administering timesheets. Its integrated word processor, email and SMS messaging helps you contact clients and applicants quickly and effectively. It caters for the fact that a person may be both a client and a candidate, and can store multiple addresses against a single record. Critical CV data can be entered rapidly, including skills and experience. Searches can be simple or highly complex, and are very fast indeed. You can also search within an existing selection of records, allowing you to narrow down a search. And once you have the list you want you can save it for future reference. Lists of clients, contacts and applicants can also be rule-based and change dynamically with your data. Daybook Enterprise's integrated diary and task manager helps you manage the wide variety of work that occurs in recruitment. One action can also generate many others, enabling you to control workflow and maintain quality standards: logging a new job could, for instance prompt a credit check and a follow-up letter, as well as creating a reminder to call the client again in three days time. The system is multi-user, runs on Mac and Windows and can be web enabled. Data can be exchanged with other programs. Processes that are unique to your company can be incorporated into the system by custom programming.
