Our procedure for support works as follows:

Firstly, don't forget that we have documents giving details of how to deal with some problems. These are online at the Daybook website. Click here for the technotes page

If this does not solve the problem, go to the Support menu and select 'Log a call'. You will need to register on the site, if you have not already done so, in order to log your call.

Fill out the online form, giving us as precise information as you can.

You will receive and emailed confirmation of your call. Your call is now in the system and will be actioned shortly.

If we need more information, or if resolving the call requires some action on your part, then we will we will get in touch with you.

Once the issue has been resolved, then you will receive another email confirming the situation and giving a brief explanation of what we have done.

If you need to send us screen shots or other information, then please do this by email, quoting your reference for the call. The correct address is support@daybook.co.uk. You can also call the support team on 020 7371 7161.

While we regularly use these forms of contact, pllease note, however, that you must always log your call online initially. this alone ensures that it goes through our quqlity control and escalation procedures. Failure to do this can mean that your call is dealt with imperfectly, or not at all.
