About Enterprise
With the Daybook Enterprise suite, you choose the functionality you need from a wide range of volumes.
Daybook CRM is a sophisticated CRM system, that handles marketing control, sales support (including enquiries, orders, quotations and campaign management), customer service and help desk, contact management, scheduling and workflow. It is fully integrated with Daybook Financials, a comprehensive set of multicompany, multicurrency, multientity accounts. Many standard office functions, such as word-processing, email and SMS messaging are also integrated.
There are also specialised volumes to handle events, publishing and recruitment and other functions and a scripting language for adding special functionality.
You also have very sophisticated information-gathering and reporting.
INTEGRATION
Enterprise 6 is an integrated system, capable of supporting most business operations. You work with one set of data across the whole of your enterprise. Customer service, marketing, sales, inventory, accounts and all other operations share the same information and the same tools. You do not need programmed links between CRM, finance and other databases and so support costs are greatly reduced and reliability enhanced.
ADAPTABILITY
Enterprise is unusual indeed in its ability to adapt to your needs, with individual functions added using the Daybook scripting language.
